Do you guys work out when you're sick? And how do you guys prepare your meals for the day? I supplement 3 out of six of my small meals with protein shakes and bars, because I can never find the proper storage for brown rice, oat meal and chicken breasts at work. We have a fridge but it's always so damned full of bottles and junk. There's no room for 4 of my big meals. Even if I did, it would all be cold. :-\ Just wondering how everyone else does it.
