Two most important supps?

    OK, need some help please.

    I get all my supplements for free from a buddy. He thinks he's funny and wants me to email him the two most important supplements to take. I'm not sure if this is like a common knowledge thing or what. I would say water is the most important thing always no matter the exercise but that's not really a supplement. So I'm guessing a multi and protein? Is there an easy and obvious answer or is it up for debate?

    really depends on individual needs, goals and diet.

    protein and creatine are heavy favorites. Though with a good diet and digestive system creatine alone, since a good diet can provide enough protein.

    whether a multi is essential also depends on diet.

    generally would say sleep in not a supplement, though naps could be :bigthumb:

    yeah i'm serious, i don't know why anyone messes with Test when they could just use da celltech, dude don't you read the ads, this shit is a mircalce, puts on like 10 pounds of muscle in 3 hours with da celltech
