    9-4-08=245lbs

    havent had any supplements for the past 3 weeks besides NO Xplode. Gonna get the man boob kit, hopefully it helps:x:

    in a BFI container down an alley
    get down to absolute lowest possible bf and start over. The skin will tighten overtime as well. Im guessing you will end up about 185 single digit bf. But look infinetly better and muscular. Then from there start the process correctly. Good job so far

    Great weight loss for that time frame.

    As for the manboob kit.. personally I wouldn't bother yet. You're nowhere near lean enough to see a difference from it. Besides, at the rate you're already losing weight, you don't need to add to it.

    I'd suggest waiting until you're lean and then using yohimburn for stubborn fat areas. The AIFM is a good addition anyway but I'd save that too until you need it.
