two day routine?

    ive been busy lately mixing school with work and i don't have much time for the gym. i was bulking on a 4 day split over the summer but i havent been following it at all for the past couple weeks. i would think that a full body workout would be better for gaining weight.

    by the way.. i have problems with my lower back and neck, so its probably better if i skip deadlifts until i recover

    i need to narrow this down

    squats 1x12(warmup) 1x8 2x5 1x10(cool down)
    calf raises 3x10
    pullups 3x10
    deadlift replacement?
    BB bench press 1x10(warmup) 3x5 1x10(cooldown)
    DB incline bench 3x8
    DB flys 3x8
    DB military press 3x8
    weighted dips 3x8
    tricep pull downs 3x8
    preacher curls 3x8
    leg raises 2x25
    decline situps 2x20

    2-Day a Week, Full Body Workout (has deadlift though)

    DAILY

    MID SECTION & AEROBIC WORK
    15 minutes of intense cardio
    Crunches, Leg Raises, Rope Tuck, Hyperextensions

    DAY 1

    Bench Press (4-5x15, 12, 10, 8, 6)
    supersetted with
    Pulldowns (4-5x12, 10, 10, 8, 8)

    Dumbbell Incline Press (4-5x10, 8, 6, 6, 6)
    supersetted with
    Pullovers (4-5x10, 8, 8, 6, 6)

    Deadlifts (4-5, 12, 10, 8, 6, 6)


    DAY 2

    Barbell Curls (4-5x10, 8, 8, 6, 6)
    supersetted with
    Dips (4-5x10-12)

    Squat (5x15, 12, 12, 12, 10, 8)
    tri-setted with
    Leg Curls (5x 12, 10, 8, 8, 8)
    and
    Calf Raises (5x15-20)

    ive lost 5 pounds after starting school

    no structural balance...look at all the exercises you have for the pecs and nothing for your midback

    i work out twice a week. it's not good enough I think :(

    that workout above doing curls first and dead lifts last is lol.

    i've looked up and down on this page and i've yet to see a workout that is curls first and deadlifts last which you all are "lol" over... :dunno:
