Tweaking my routine:

    Right now I have a simple routine, the standard:
    Monday- Chest + Shoulders
    Wensday- Legs
    Friday- back, bicep, tricep

    but I was thinking of moving bicep to monday since doing my back is a bicep minor workout. Since I do chest and tricep on differnt days, I get 2 workouts for my triceps each week, one focused the other a secondary. Would this be too much Arm exercises in the week or should it be fine?

    Oh, and yes, I know I'm a pussy for only one leg day. :p
