Tweaking my routine very slightly is this OK?

Goals - Weight loss to less than 20% BF
Been going for about 2.5 months pretty regularly
6'1" male, 215 lbs (down 10 lbs or so)

    My routine has been
M - Chest, triceps, short cardio (25-30 min)
Tu - Legs, short cardio (25-30 min)
Wed - Cardio (40-45 min) or rest day
Thurs - Back, biceps, short cardio (25-30 min)
Friday - Shoulders, short cardio (25-30 min)
    Sat - Rest
    Sunday - Heavy cardio (50 min - 1hr +)

I'd rather focus on some weight loss but not lose my muscle progress.

I'm thinking of changing to the following:

Mon - Chest, triceps, light core work
Tues - Moderate to Heavy Cardio
    Wed - Legs, Shoulders
Thurs - Back/Biceps/ light core work
    Friday - Heavy cardio
    Sat - Rest
    Sunday - Heavy cardio

I haven't seen the fat loss I'd like, although I recently adjusted diet to lower my calories and carb intake. I think with the above I'll be working the same muscle groups, just at different times, and get more cardio in if I don't do it on lifting days.

    Thoughts?

One more bump for day crew and I'll let it die.

Diet ? Exercises ? Sets, rep schemes ? I could imagine a thousand ways to mess it up with details you fail to mention.

Diet was about 2200-2500 cals per day, 45c-35p-20f (%)
I can list the set/rep schemes when I get back from work, but keep in mind I'm more focused on my weight loss and am not really changing that stuff right now, just switching the order a bit.
