So started cutting down from 181 lbs at the beginning of December and all has been going well so far (workout log & previous thread /w pics) as I'm currently hanging around ~165. Getting to the point where all that is left is some BF in lower back/lower abs and just the need to tighten up everywhere else. My beach trip is a little over one month away and my question is should I increase/decrease any of my macros to reach that "ideal" look? Ex: take out yogurt, put in cottage cheese; take out Sweet Baby Ray's; swap lentils with salad; increase cardio; restrict calories within certain time frame; whatever else. Breakfast (oatmeal+eggs+1 scoop ON) at 9 AM Morning Snack (blueberries/almonds/banana on off days) at Noon Lunch (turkey burger) at 3 PM Workout (2 scoops ON/banana) at 5 PM Dinner (tuna+lentils+BBQ) at 8 PM Night Snack (yogurt/2 scoops ON off days) at 10 PM Also on Creatine Mono, but have some Pure CEE from Anafit leftover that I can swap to as I heard Mono can cause bloat. Taking YC at 6 AM, EC at ~11 AM and then again at ~4 PM, and green tea. Any and all help is appreciated.
