Yea man, good stuff. I used to use, but still have a Voodo 3 3500 TV card that was awesome for watching TV and recording stuff. I also have a Hauppauge WinTV card somwhere too I think. Since Win 2K and XP came out, they stop making drivers and supporting it since 3DFX got bought out. Oh well, I did come across someone who made custom drivers for the card for 2K and XP, but they never worked too well.

I bought a Leadtek Winfast TV2000XP Expert. Has some new 10 bit converter chip that is supposed to be an improvement over the old 8 bit chips.
Just wish I had a better cable signal.

I've had my ATI TV Wonder for several years now, works very well. Another thing you guys may want to think about adding a second monitor. Watch TV on one and surf/work on the other.

any pc apps out to descramble cable channels? I've searched a bit, but didn't come up with anything. I don't even have a tuner card yet, just wondering if there was anything out there like that.

I've heard of a few, and matter of fact.. we've had threads on them before. I believe they exist.

    Here's a thread.. http://forums.offtopic.com/showthread.php?t=525960

I found a link to that program, but it got modded out (obviously before I was a mod and knew the rules  ). You can find it in google.

Yeah, it rocks! I just got an all-in-wonder 9600 Pro and am running Snapstream, since I can control my satellite receiver via the serial port. You can also do this with some cable receivers... never knew what I was missing...
