Ok well i have a real old computer and i was thinking about puting it in my room and use it as a TV(put a TV tuner in it) and use it to view internet. The computer is a p1 200mhz with 150mb of ram are there any TV tunner cards that will run on this slow of a computer.

I don't think so. They require Pentium II's at the very least as far as I know

Depends on the card, but they require at least a 32MB video card and P2/MMX.

I think the hardest part is finding a TV Tuner card that will operate with your machine. I've got an ATI All-In-Wonder TV Tuner that runs nicely on a P233Mhz MMX w/64mb RAM and 16mb on board the ATI card. I'm able to use it to watch TV and capture videos (last time I checked, you can't use it to "view Internet"). Yes, it will have the power to run a browser and let you on the 'net.
