I have a 27 inch Toshiba. I have cable hooked up to it. My problem is that whenever there is an image with a lot of white in it, the picture and sound get distorted. It only happens with the cable though, DVD's and PS2 are fine. What do I need to change?

I am not sure but, do you have any amps on your cable line? Maybe your signal is too strong. Do you have a cheap antenna that can receive a broadcast station to hook up to the TV? If an antenna gives you the same problem, it could be a problem with the tuner built into the TV. Also, try using the tuner on a VCR and see if that has a similar problem or any problem really.
