    They're testing the myth about whether you could survive being shot at by diving into water. They're going to test a bunch of different caliber guns.
    (yes, i know it's a repeat. i saw it last time)

    they shot a 9mm and a shotgun slug. the slug busted their container dealy. they were shooting straight down though. they're going to start shooting at a 30 degree angle.

    penetrated 4 inches (just enough to penetrate skin) @ 2-3 ft.

    I checked clubs and could not find any in this area.

    And if there isn't a club in your area, you can join the Garand Collectors Association: www.garandcollectors.com this fulfills the club requirement to purchase from CMP.

    Anyone notice when they were doing that intro about the M1 Garand(the black and white tone), that in it they actually used a 1903 instead of a garand.

    I don't have a TV here. So did we establish that if one jumps in water he is safe from almost any bullets as long as he's more than a few feet below water?
