I trained with John David(the 155lbs on Bas Ruttens team). I hate that he lost, hes a great fighter and a good guy. He's from our gym. Mike Pyle also trains with us. I hate that their not around any more.

good show all around... Would be better with more experienced fighters, but some of those guys showed a lot of promise and not to mention the league has to start somewhere before they can get big enough to attract (pay) the better and more famous fighters.

Hopefully IFL will get big enough to get some of the guys from Pride to fight in the US regularly.

i was a little impressed with their production...for the most part everything seemed professional...the fighter video intro's were decent...commentating sucked i thuoght...quadros is really overrated imo...they had some decent sponsors too...suzuki, xbox, etc...team thing is pretty lame though

:dunno: I'm pretty clueless when it comes to that stuff. I know common stuff like chokes, armbar, kimura, etc.... Past that, it's all new to me :o
