i pretty much eat turkey loaf everyday for lunch, its quick and cheap and healthy,

    my recipe,

blend on puree setting: onions, garlic, jalapeno( a shitloadof them), spinach, tomatoes, cilantro

let it sit for about half an hour to let the water evaporate

mix into the turkey and spread it out thin on a pizza tray and bake for half an hour @ 350

comes out real soft and tender and good as hell

i'll try to do an edu on it
