anybody have any good recipes for turkey burgers? what else to eat with them? thinking aspergus.
Whatever works for hamburger works for Turkey.
I would eat Bison before buying ground turkey. Less fat and more protein. Both get dry easily though. I just don't like the gameyness of turkey.
I just buy those frozen ones.
a company i represent, called murrays makes turkey burgers. all natural no bullshit and they are
hells ya. I like to do them thai-spiced.
mix the following into your ground turkey:
1 diced mango
1 Cup chopped cilantro
1 medium red onion, finely diced
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1tbsp chopped ginger
3tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Spice with as many chilis/chili paste as you think you can handle.
top it with mango chutney or something of the like, and its aces
edit forgot this, you can also ad a half cup of crushed peanuts or cashews. yum

I did, but it's Alpo like consistency squicked my taste buds. Oh, and the taco flavored kind tastes like absolute dog shit and stinks up the fridge.
Costco turkey patties
42g protein a serving
toss on Forman grill for 10 minutes. Sprinkle lemon juice, pepper, & cut an onion next to it. Game over.
