The only difference (besides taste) I can tell is that turkey bacon doesn't leave fat in the pan, what are other befinits/disadvantages between the two?

I love turkey bacon. A staple when I'm dieting.

I eat a lot of turkey bacon too. Its also good for adding flavor to really bland foods. Cook it until it is crispy, then crumble it up and put it in tuna fish, or mix it in with some chopped up chicken breast.

when I cook chicken breast with cream of chciken condensed soup, I'll throw some chicken bacon on top for some added flavour too.
