Thought I'd start one of these up as I'm not really good with keeping track of numbers. History: Working out on and off for a few years. Not many gains. About 5'11 172 pounds right now. Plan : Exercises 4x6 for everything; work out every other day; protein drink on days I work out (for now) Day 1 Bench Incline bench Barbell Rows Pull Ups Back extension Day 2 Full Squat Deadlift Military Press Dips Curls Day 3 Bench Incline bench Barbell Rows Pull Ups Abs Day 4 Full Squat Deadlift Military Press Dips Hamstring/Calves I play basketball and grapple about twice a week. Is 5x5 recommended over 4x8? Will report with numbers in next post. Any suggestions/critique would be appreciated.
