    Thought I'd start one of these up as I'm not really good with keeping track of numbers.
    History: Working out on and off for a few years. Not many gains.
    About 5'11 172 pounds right now.

    Plan : Exercises 4x6 for everything; work out every other day; protein drink on days I work out (for now)

    Day 1
    Bench
    Incline bench
    Barbell Rows
    Pull Ups
    Back extension

    Day 2
    Full Squat
    Deadlift
    Military Press
    Dips
    Curls

    Day 3
    Bench
    Incline bench
    Barbell Rows
    Pull Ups
    Abs

    Day 4
    Full Squat
    Deadlift
    Military Press
    Dips
    Hamstring/Calves

    I play basketball and grapple about twice a week.
    Is 5x5 recommended over 4x8?

    Will report with numbers in next post.
    Any suggestions/critique would be appreciated.

    bench, incline, military, dips...even tho their main focus might not be triceps it just seems like a lot of tricep work

    Bench 4x6 215
    Incline Bench 4X6 175
    Rows 4x6 80's
    Pull ups 4x6

    Feb.29
    Full Squats 175 4x6(bad knee :hs:)
    Dead lift 225 4x6
    Standing Military press 4x6 125
    Dips 4 x 15 body weight plus a plate
    Arms 2 x 15 75 total (bar)

    pretty weak I know, but trying to perfect form.
    should i have bent over rows or shrugs somewhere in my workout?
    anything else I'm missing?

    working for size, speed, and strength
