    GT30R, Tec3r engine management.

Just make sure that with whatever turbo you opt for, it will mate up to your manifold.

If your car is a 2.0 dude. As I said in the other thread. Swap a VR in...

HOWEVER, if you're dead set on turboing the 2.0 DO NOT use a GT28R,
Use a smaller T3, cheaper and will spool faster. Get a smaller A/R as well, you're on the stock block I assume and you can't support a whole lot of power with that. So get a turbo that spools fast and has a nice flat torque curve for you to use. A T3 super 60 would work well. or a T3/T4 with a .48 A/R and a stage 3 or better wheel (50 trim).

E-manage will not work easily at all on 2.0s. Look into C2 motorsports' MAF adpator and chip tuning software, usually they're dead on. PM me if you need any more help. Hell, I might even get you a discount if I can on some stuff. (I work part time for an aftermarket shop here in PA).
    Good Luck!

    Well I was referring to 2.0 8V motor, not the 2.0 16V.
And I'd still rather have a VR turbo than a 16V turbo. 16Vs are terribly unreliable and cannot stand the amount of power on the stock bottom end that a VR can.

    :ugh:

    I've owned both a 16v and a VR6.

Seen turbo setups on both and find myself wondering how you came to that conclusion. 16v's are plagued with problems and I don't want to image the amount of headaches it would produce. My buddy with a VR had an EIP turbo kit installed three years ago. Stock head, brought out to a 2.9L. Put down just under 400 whp and around 330 wtq. I'd like to see a 16v come close. Granted 16v's were offered in the second generation body style (in the US) and it's a much lighter vehicle than the third generation or a Corrado.

    VR6T >> 16vT
