Open your user manual. It tells you exactly how to do everything. I adjusted mine once and havent gotten back into it.

Do you have MX turned on? I noticed that it made my sound punchier. Also, play around with the Time Allignment, it's worth the time to tweak it.

I have my lows set at 80hz i believe might be 60. You have to play with every different setting until you get the sound you want. You cant take someone elses and expect it to sound good to you.

Honestly I am a little confused on how those work exactly...so I left them alone for now.

hmm... how do i access 2 way mode?

it only gives me options for lo, mid, and high

    not front, rear, and lo.

no 2 systems will be the same as far as crossover settings and time correction. What looks good on paper, might or might not sound right. What sounds right in car X might not sound good in car Y. Take the time to adjust ALL the seatings, tweaking it to your vehicle and you will be happy you learned everything you needed to know.

    Octaves in regards to what?

An octave is a halving or doubling of frequency. For example, 200hz would be one octave higher than 100hz. Or 40hz would be one octave lower than 80hz.

On your headunit, it might be for the crossover function. It specifies the attenuation of the signal per octave. For example, if the setting is 100hz highpass at 12dB an octave, that means that the output will be reduced on the output by 12dB at 50hz, and 24dB at 25hz and so on.

Is that what it says on the headunit?

run it in 2way. I believe the unit already comes default as 2way mode so you dont have to worry about that. Just read the manual, if you dont get it, read it again and tweak tweak tweak.

the only way you can tell without looking on the back is in crossover function 3way has low, midlow, midhigh, and high and as for 2way mode, crossover is only low, mid, and high.
