I guess I could pass this off as relevant since my diet and training is for mma. :)

How bad is it? I need to add another meal in my day/diet, I figured I could eat a can of tuna in the early day, about 11am. I've never had it though. :o

Tuna rocks, I eat a at least one can a day. Get either the kind in spring water of the vacuum sealed pouches.

I never have even tried it, who knows I might like it. But yeah, I plan on choking it down either way.

I don't know if I could chow down on tuna every single day, but it's pretty fucking good. Mayo and relish ftw indeed.

I fucking love tuna, i could eat it plain out of the can. A little salt and pepper (lemon pepper if you want to kill some of the fish taste) or some light mayo or dressing is good as well. A can of tuna (make sure its canned in water not oil) and a carton of milk and you have a quick snack with around 30g of protein. A can of tuna on top of a salad is also excellent, if you wanted to get tricky you could try some salmon as well. :yum:

More of a 'snack' early in the morning. I was trying to find something good to eat there that would be easy to take to work along with all the other food I bring and also my gear bag... etc

    7am protein shake
    10am tuna
    1pm chicken and brocolli
4pm turkey and ham on wheat
    8pm post workout shake
9pm chicken and other veggies, or other meat (fish or steak)

I can keep up with it easily during the week, because I have no other choice. No where to eat around where I work ("not nice" area of Detroit). The weekends I'm not as strict but it's easier to grill fresh meat at home. Usually friday or saturday nights are when I cheat, but that's usually just a burger at Friday's or Applebee's or some shit on our way to the movies. Or maybe Hamburger helper or other real pasta sometimes for dinner.

I might try some cottage cheese too, but I hear it's horrible. This thread already makes me want to prefer tuna.

I'm a big fan of tuna... High protein, low fat, and I really like the taste... I generally mix 1 spoonful of low fat mayo with a can... I eat a couple cans per week easily...

i don't really eat tuna much anymore but I bought a crap-load of tuna cans when I lived in my old apartment. Definitely a good source of protein.

    we're in the same boat!

I had a bowl of guacamole, chocolate chip ice cream, bowl of chili, and about 2-4 bottles of Jones soda.

Yeah, compare this diet to what I used to eat when I wasn't training MMA and sat on my ass playing WoW all day.

    Burger King Breakfast
    Burger King Lunch
Vending machine trash through the day
    Pizza for dinner
    Candy/Icecream for dessert
    Pop all the time

Yeah... that was how I got up to 260, my highest weight ever.

Cottage cheese is also the shit. I usually eat that right before bed with either an apple or the kind that has pineapple in it. Always get the low fat version, same protein with less cals.

if you want to switch things up, make an egg white omlet in the morning then have your protein shake for the 10am snack.

I blend my shakes at home, everything after 7am to 5pm I am at work, and have more limited options.

$200 and he's yours, heh. I was going to put it on EBay for $400.

He also has a full holy, protection, and ret gear sets with epics on each. Almost full epics on his holy set. That is just the gear I pvp'd with.

Even if you don't want it, if you know anyone who does I want to get rid of it.

Nothing like playing some computer games with a couple of friends and snacking out on junk food after a hard day's work of training!

My wife has a 70 Draenei Shaman, which is why I played so much. I honestly don't want to think about going back now though... summertime shouldn't be spent on the PC.

Nothing wrong with a little gaming on the side, a lot of my friends play WoW and they do other things, still go to parties, work on their cars, etc.

I just view it as another hobby :dunno:

    Needs more complex carbs...

Add a piece of fruit with your 2 morning meals, and a small potato or some rice with your lunch.
