How often do you guys eat tuna? How do you feel about the FDA recommendations of a can a day max (iirc?) due to mercury levels. Im 6' 178, and trying to gain some more weight. Im basically eating everything in my path, and tuna just seems like a great quick high protein meal. I usually mix it in a bowl with some pineapple and steel cut oats. I am only eating one bowl a day, but would like to increase that number. Bad idea?
