What's the benefit and how do you eat it?
its loaded with protein and also has some good fats.
As for eating, on bread with mayo and on a salad are my favourites
the best way to use it to inject it into your gluts
If you drain it enough, it's yummy with BBQ sauce.
I eat it straight out the can, usually twice daily. Animal protein is the largest benefit, however I am a little concerned about the mercury risk
yep. ketchup is good too. as long as you don't mind the carbs.
Flavor fresh packets are nice. Just having to weigh it out to get servings is kind of annoying. Anywho, tuna+chilli oil=win
mercury risk is BS
1 can tuna + 1 cup cooked rice + ff mayo + mustard = semi chanko midday snack
there was a chick on Howard Stern recently who mentioned she was toxic from eating tuna everyday
