Perfect for that lunch/mid afternoon pre-dinner meal (usually meal 3-4 for me, out of like 7-8)

All I did today was boil some whole wheat spaghetti and then took some ragu and green peppers + chopped onions and started to heat that up.

After that, I drained a full can of tuna and added it to the mixture and added salt and pepper and some hot pepper :hsugh:

Anyways, needless to say, it was very very very good compared to other tuna dishes I've had

it is good. using tuna to replace ground beef in pasta is a lot better than you'd expect

    .

The taste doesn't even change that much if you add some green/red peppers and a little onion + extra spice.

You know whats even better IMO?

Throw in 1/2 tsp of olive oil, chopped garlic, and broccoli and cook it for 6-7 min over medium heat.

Then throw in a can of tuna, some wheat pasta, pesto, and some parm :yum:
