but there are 5 servings per box and I eat like 3 servings. so then it adds up.

sorr,y no good health in this forum. a calories is just a calorie, whether sodium or cholesteral or lard. doesnt matter.
per serving isnt bad, but like you said, and i normally eat the whole box. same with hamburger helper or others like that. :/
unless youre eating tuna helper or something for ever meal youre going to be fine. same with high cholesterol food. as long as its not a staple in your diet having something a few times a week will do nothing to your health.

That stuff is pretty good. I made some cheeseburger type helper stuff with ground beef for work tomorrow. I have yet to try it but it looks rather delicious.
i made some the other day, i ate some of it and put the rest away, haven't touched it since. i didn't really like it, id rather it tuna by itself.
