    i found this section like a week ago, hello everybody:wavey:



    doing the stickied routine, more or less

    im bulking until march or april or somewhere around there, hopefully i can hit 225 or so by then without putting on too much fat. long term goal is to be huge as possible

    i'm weighing 206 right now - progress slowed from getting a little lazy and life getting really busy. when i first started lifting i had no job, was taking a break from school, and had people paying for all my meals:rofl:

    i lost my tape measure a few weeks ago, but measurements last i checked:

    Legs: 27"
    Arms: 16"
    Calves: 17.25"
    Forearms: 14"
    Chest: i dont know how to measure this so i never did
    Neck: 15"


    gonna put up my leg workout from yesterday, then it's chest later tonight

    my workout for the past couple days has been hauling shit around the campsite for my gf and her lazy friends

    I'm not sure if I could ever do the camping thing.

    I mean, are we talkin like walk 10 minutes in the woods with beer and a tent and get drunk camping? Or are we talkin like, all out in the sticks shitting on trees and using leaves to wipe camping?

    i couldn't handle shitting in the woods... i think one of the worst things that can happen to a person is being attacked by a bear or something while they are busy crapping in a little dirt hole

    family "vacations" used to be backpacking though, sucked balls


    our camping was like a half mile or so walk from the parking lot... was nice because we could still get starbucks for a half hour investment or so:rofl:

    I tried a bunch of different quad exercises but they all making sharp pain in my knees, dunno what's up with that.

    Instead I just did ham work and some deadlifts for fun.

    405x1 (this went up really, really fast, and I usually do this weight for reps)
    455xfail (so i'm confused why I couldn't even get this off the ground)
