We never see much of Keith. He doesn't do many "confession cam" spot, and they rarely show footage of him training or sparring.
He was the first overall pick, however, and no one's been in a rush to fight him. He's also 7-1-1 against a decent batch of pro opponents. I'd have to go with Keith on this one.

If he takes it all, I hope he can inject some life into the UFC's lackluster heavyweight division.

Keith was laughing in the back when Rashad came in crying and acting like he had a broken arm.

I don't care who wins the fight, I just want a good fight and not a 15 minute snoozefest.

    Blah.

i already know that rashad and joe stevenson will win the finals.

i dont like rashads style, hes not a very good grappler. good wrestler, but not a good grappler. if those other heavyweights were more savvy on their backs, they would've caught him. he's like a smaller, faster kevin randleman.

Not sure if Rashad finished the fight against Keith as I have yet to see it, but from what I've seen he is pretty bad at finishing fights. But much credit to him for fighting the most out of anybody and winning.

he's a bit of a koscheck except with better hands.

I think he really needs to work on his gnp, he probably would have been better suited to matts team. Also he really needs some submissions, he had 2 or 3 oppurtunities to take keiths back but it didn't even seem to cross his mind.

He should move from dan severns camp to a better place, TQ or Miletich sound good.
