Downloaded the standalone updater from apple and I'm trying to install on my PPC iBook, but I'm getting a disk space error that says my hdd doesn't meet the requirements (8gb free for a 90mb app). Anyone know what gives?

Why not just try updating from the software update menu in the toolbar?
