How do you guys manage to take extensive time off? Pur? How? I'm trying to take the rest of the year off, and haven't been to the gym in about 2 weeks...I feel flat, soft, weak, and LOOK weak and small. My legs especially are bothering the fuck out of me and I am fighting the urge to go and workout I have my gear on right now and keep telling myself not to go and it will be better to just rest up for the new year. But My legs feel/look like twigs and I have no strength at all. I even had someone say to me the other day if I had started to diet or cut back on the weights... Its the worst feeling in the world. I know this time off will do me good tho. how do you do it?
