trying to lose weight....advice/suggestions

    ok...i'm 18yrsold. 5'11"/6'0" (haven't measured height in about a year or so). and currently weight close to 190lbs (~90kg+)

    i'm trying to loose as much weight this summer as possible (trying to get down to about 160lbs or under) any suggestions for workouts/nutrition?

    i have access to a gym that has almost every type of workout machines, saunas, and track...

    my current plan is this. everyday:

    1 mile run
    workout
    errands/work/fun and games
    1 mile run
    dinner
    workout (about an hour after dinner)

    any suggestions to focus on certain body parts and workout routines?
    i'm going to try and get at least a visible 4/6/8/whatever pac....

    Your current plan is awful. Read the stickies; there's a lot of great information in them that will put you on track.
