well i got sick of being a disgusting fatbody and decided to get back in shape. i started running last week and doing push ups and sit ups, i do 3 sets of each and run a mile every day, and i try to get less than 1000 calories in a day, anyone have any luck with similar types of programs, or anyone have any tips. and i can't afford the gym so thats out, i need something free.

    Perfect your diet.

Instead of running a mile everyday, walk for 15-20 minutes at a fast pace (low-medium heart rate) about 4 days a week, and on the weekends, go do some fun physical activity/sport.

Less than 1000 calories is way too low.....ah forget it, read the damn stickies!

    Eat only when hungry.
Put only foods that are useful for fuel and health in your body.(Although you do have to treat yourself occasionally so you don't flip out and eat like a whole pizza or something. ;) )
Eat five or more small meals a day to get your metabolism rolling.
Get so involved in things that you occasionally forget to eat.
Take the stairs instead, that sort of thing.
At least that what works for me.
I've been the same size since I was about nineteen.
