Trying to lose fat + retain / gain muscle...

    I've recently started lifting weights about 4 - 5 months ago and have noticed a loss in bodyfat, and increase in strength. I've changed my diet, and have recently started supplementing with ON whey protien shakes, and createin. Will the createin have any effects on my ability to lose fat? I know it makes your muscles retain water and in turn make you gain a couple of pounds which is fine, I'm just curious if this will have any ill effects on the fat lose part. I couldn't find any info on this in the archives on this so any info you guys could give me would be most appreciated.

    I'm 23 years old. 6'0 tall, and weigh about 205 (was 220 5 mo. ago). I'm trying to lose ~15 - 20 more pounds.

    n-word please,

    I've spent hours upon hours browsing through the stickies, archives, and articles on bodybuilding.com. And while I've found some fantastic information pertaining to createin, supplements, and bodybuilding in general; I've yet to come across anything that can answer the above posted question. Please help. :)
