but spread the meals into smaller portions to at least 4-5 meals a day.

bodyweight (x8) = cals needed per day

    [ex: 200lb x 8 = 1600 cals]

or you can lower the cals of course. but if your doing serious/heavy lifting, your gonna need some food inside ya

Too low, start off at x10 and adjust as needed.

damn.. cardio sucks.. but just weight lifting will do it right? also how long does it take around. I already do take in less than 2k calories a day so

  7. 200 lbs, taking in less than 2k a day and not loosing seems weird to me. you have to get more active man. no, you will not gain weight if you start hitting the gym. adjust your diet so you eat what your body needs, hit the gym, throw in a couple 10 min. sessions on the treadmill or some other machine. keep the cals around 2k, and if the weight does not come off, you are either lying or have some medical problem (which is not likley).

so hit the gym, throw in the cardio (man up, even if you don't like it) you will do it if you actually want to loose weight.

just make the decision, and sitck to it. you should shoot for loosing 2lbs a week.
