Trying to loose gut...HELP!

    Ok so I run every day for about a good 30 mins and then do some jump ropes but I can't seem to get ride of this gut. It's very stubborn.
    I eat right as in watch my fat intake. Do ab work outs but still... I have reduced a lot since I started but this last bit is just getting on my nerves and I AM determined.

    So I plan to do this six meals a day thing to boost my metabolism and help burn more calories. What exactly do I eat in these six meals?

    Any other tips that can help me loose this last bit of fat around my stomach? Man I am so tired of this...

    This is a retarded statement. Read up on basic nutrition, fat intake doesn't determine how fat you are.

    That is a myth

    It's spelled "lose"

    up protein intake, decrease carb intake to practically nothing, balance with higher fat intake (good fats) lift/cardio= win
