I understand that many say to gain mass, you don't want to work the body part more than once per week, so i can heal. I never understood though if you do say back on Tuesday, on Wednesday can you do biceps or would you have to wait a day? Im asking this, because back seems to use allot of biceps, so your not letting them rest in order to gain size.

It's for that reason you don't do back and bi's on consecutive days. A lot of guys don't even train bi's because of all the work they get anyways. If you're going to train them stand up. Don't curl sitting or on a preacher. If you stand then at least you're using your core to balance and there is some athleticism involved. Most of the people on the internet that I personally see say "I never do curls" and "I row for my bicep work" have small biceps.

There are exceptions of course, but this is what I've seen in general.

My biceps have gotten a lot bigger since I switched to a split and actually do curls. I do all kinds.. I even do 21's. And I'm stronger than you guys so don't try to hate on my 21's!

I have no idea why you would say work arms after back day, just because someone has decent size doesn't mean they know what the hell they are doing.

Here's a link to all my pics and stats

    http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/KIDRR/

    Routine is

    Chest/tri's/abs
    Back(start with deads)/bi/abs
    off
    shoulders/forearms/ abs
    legs
    off
    off

    Your turn :x:
