It was actually on the movie disc as a trailer I can't remember the name of the anime but I think it's similar it's about 2 boys in some city and theres this train they are on. Looks real colourful and detailed and it's mysterious.

Not sure if it's from the same studio, anybody have any ideas? I can't think of it's name but I want to check it out.
    Thanks.

Watch Perfect Blue if you want something from the same people, its much darker than paprika and one of my favorite movies.

There's another one. It's with an actress who recalls her life through the movies she made.

    Millennium actress.

I haven't seen Perfect Blue but I heard it's really good.

Just rewatched Perfect Blue in 720p. The older animation definitely didn't benefit from the higher res...

It was quite the mind fuck, but I enjoyed it.
