For me over the past couple of weeks, high carb day has translated basically into full out cheat day:o I don't have much time left to fuck around, so I'm cleaning things up...here's how I rolled....

Friday night cheat meal to start carb up...

Big pasta bowl w/chicken and bruschetta
    Onion rings
    French fries

    Saturday:

    meal 1:
    5 slices of mens bread
    3 egg whites
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    walden farms syrup

    meal 2:
    egg noodles
    can of tuna
    olive oil
    italian dressing seasoning

    preworkout:
    2 caramel rice cakes
    cup of skim milk

    Train...

    meal 3:
    white rice
    sirloin
    brocolli

...and I'm gonna squeeze in another 2 carb meals before bed. One will be oatmeal and some kind of protein. The other will be a rice and chicken meal.

How's this look pur? Don't tell me to get rid of my cheat meal:o

if you're behind in dieting then you're behind, sometimes ya gotta suffer to get lean enough, not unheard of for the cheat days to go :(

a scoupe vinilla ice cream with chocolate protein makes such a amazing shake for after workouts.
