    so this is in the stickes:
    --------------------------------------------------------------
    [RMR X Activity Factor] + TEF= Maintenance Calorie Intake

    RMR = 10 x (LBM in lbs) + 500

    And Activity Factors =
    1.6-1.7 for Moderate (some activity during day)
    1.9-2.1 for Heavy (labor type work)

    TEF (thermic effect of food)= 10-15% X RMR
    --------------------------------------------------------
    the body fat calculator that is linked is down so i went to this one:
    http://www.he.net/~zone/prothd2.html
    my stats are Abdomen:32 Height:66 Neck:16 inches
    it says i'm 13% body fat with 137 lean muscle (fat % sounds too low i think)

    RMR= [(137*10)+500]=1870
    activity factor: i'll guess and say 1.8
    TEF: .13*1870=243.1

    (RMF*AF)+TEF= (1870*1.8)+243.1 = 3609

    this number sounds too high, what do you guys think?
    so when cutting i should eat around 3000 cals (.85*3600)? sounds too high.
