Trying something different this year!!

    This year I will be lifting weights and doing Yoga 4 times a week, instead of weights and brazilian jiu jitsu....Hopefully this will be easier on my back and joints.

    I am down from 295 to 248 so far in 3 months. I am looking forward to seeing the improvement from Yoga and hopefully the progression won't slow down.

    My goal is 210-220 at 6'4... 10-15% bodyfat....

    Good luck with the weight loss. Oh and have fun with all the hunnies in the yoga class
