    Well, brownish.... redish... Definitely not white, does it look white to you?

    the second one looks white to me. the top one looks a little off.

    any better? i upped the exposure a little and changed the white balance.

    11ty times better. I'd up the contrast and saturation a lil.


    Are you diffusing the light some how?

    Exposure is not the problem, just wb.

    Here is true(ish) white (still a little red), but I don't think this reflects the actual shot. Is the paper you used pure white?

    yeah i've got a 99 cent plastic table cloth stapled over the windows in the two side pieces of cardboard

    yeah i switch to OT classic and it looks like complete shit.

    That'll give you an idea of what white is. I'm not saying it's perfect though :o.

    I don't have the layered file anymore, but basically it came down to:

    color correction layer to neutralize the colors, mainly in the highlights and shadows.

    Then a levels layer to bump the highlights to where the background is blown out (255,255,255), and masked out the decks

    That was it, atleast i think.
