i was working back today on a 5 sets of sumo deadlifts to start off my workout. it was 7pm at 24hr fitness...the busiest time of the day. i loaded up 455lb for my 4th set and everyone was just watching seeing i could even pull it. music playing in the gym stops (someone changing track?). i get 4 reps and on my 5th, i thought i had it til i pulled too far back and landed on my ass leaving a loaded barbell slam the ground in a quiet room. i leaned over too much and slowly tipped over like when people chop down trees and shout "TIMBER!..." any one else have embarrassing gym stories?
