Hey there F&N, this is my first post in this section. Over the course of a year or so, I've lost aobut 15lbs in unwanted weight while slightly gaining muscle mass. The one area I haven't been able to make improvements on is my lower/outer chest area! It remains somewhat soggy and I don't seem to be able to do much about it! I've tried incline chest exercises, decline/flat chest exercises, cardio, etc, and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I'm not tryign to get overly BIG, but I do want to have a better shape to my chest. Just for reference, I'm a 22/m 5'10" 180lbs. Thanks for any help in advance!
