    good album, but it seems that they have the wannabe 1980's metallica syndrome.i'll have to see what i think after 3 or 4 runs through the entire album.

    I used to like them, 'til I saw them live.

    Talentless and WAY overproduced come to mind...

    Yep. Again, watch a live show of theirs: terrible. All of their sound is (over)production.

    Now The Dillinger Escape Plan, THEY put on a very tight live performance, despite Puciato's onstage antics.

    Yeah, they sounded horrible at Sounds of the Underground :hsugh:

    You might want to reconsider your statement about them being talentless. These guys are in their early 20's and are pretty damn good musicians...

    I didn't see them at SOTU but they sounded fucking terrible (and I've heard good bands play at the same venue, so its not shitty soundboarding or acoustics), and I have heard the same from others who have seen them live in different cities; you're actually the first I've talked to to say their live show was good.:o
