I saw an ad on PCPhoto magazine today for a $700 tripod and a $500 head. :noes:
I also entered myself into a contest to win one.
Shit, I just migh win it, and I need a tripod. The one I had before died.
It was really shitty too. Camcorder head, heavy, flimsy, and no quick release plate. :ugh:

Manfrotto 3021Pro and 322RC2 head. So far I've been pleased. It'll hold up my 10lb+ rig with little to no droop when I release the grip.
