trim fixable?

    So is this trip fixable? If so how. I'm not sure if this is mold, mildew or what it is. But here are some pics so you can see.

    is it rubber or plastic? degrease it with wax/grease remover from your local paint store or an aio cleaner.. then get this stuff in a spray can for trims. the brand is SEM. there is shinny black and velvot black.. get the velvot/flat black. mask off the surrounding areas VERY good (this shit is gonna get everywhere), and layer it 3-4 times.

    Polish it with Clearkote's Vanilla Moose, works great on hard rubber trim.

    the SEM stuff is called trim black and is available at O'Reilly Auto Parts
