trigger points/methods to release calf pain/cramps?

    i went to lunch yesterday and i was fine.. i stand up and my calves and shins felt like they were about to explode.. 24 hours later, they still feel that way.

    went to the chiropractor..

    he did ART and had me go on the Power plate .. fuck, that thing tore me up.

    i feel a bit better though.

    shit's crazy.. have you used them? I was like.. 'uhh, this is lame.' then he had me get into a squat position and just hold it for 45 seconds while that thing vibrated and my quads were on fire.
