and man i'm feeling it today! I did lateral and front raises with plates and dumbbells, but with the plates i used my grip to try to hold them horizontally, parallel to the floor. with the smaller dumbbells, i held them but the end and also lifted and tried to make them parallel to the floor. Not only was leverage a disadvantage in each of these exercises, but it also helped workout my grip. I also did the iron cross/crucifix, and that was crazy hard and tiring. sounds confusing maybe, but it worked out well.
