so my mom is having me sell of some of her collections of different figurines. this is the first one. i already listed this one, but any suggestions on how to do this a bit better are more than welcome.

    and here's my setup
    [IMG]
i used a foam core science fair backboard sitting on my coffee table and leaning against the wall. i've got a 550ex on the left and a 285v on the right, each with a cactus trigger and a 43" umbrella.

    so any suggestions?

edit - i know the tripod is a piece of shit. thats one of the things that i need to upgrade next :o

Your setup looks good, but the pic looks a tad bit over exposed.

its white foam core board. no clue why there's the blue in it.

edit - if your referring to the washed out colors of the figurine, its just the way it is. its hand painted and hand carved.

yep, the background is too hot. also, move one of the lights back a couple of feet further than the other or use one light and a fill card, you'll get better shape.

The curtains look to be a shade of blue, could be getting a little blue tint from those.

i think he's referring to the corner that the bottom piece and the back piece make.
