tried One leg- Leg Press for first time last night

    whoa nelly. Much different than with two legs working together. Much tougher. Its a nice changeup from what i've been doing. Ya'll should try it if you haven't yet. :bigok:

    I've been doing them like that since I started my clean bulk and I like it.

    i have a hard time standing up out of the seat after i'm done with those bitches

    Yeah I started doing them a couple weeks ago and they're pretty hard.

    Just to note, when people say that single leg exercises are important, these don't count.
