tried burpees today for an exercise between my other reps

    They should add some more stuff, like after the rings do jumping jacks and then maybe some line drills and throw in some medicine ball work, minus whale.

    I typically see this dumbshit performed at the gym after the new years when all the new year resolution slobs roll into the gym fresh after reading the newest get fit book, which seems to always feature this exercise.

    or the 5lb dumbell pushup and row. :coolugh:

    one of the conditioning things for rugby is 15 burbees then sprint 40m 3-5 times. then 15 starburst which is a a ass to grass then jump up and extend your arms and legs thing. then some more sprints some pushups jog a lap then done.

    i do those for rugby, just try doing them, they are pretty brutal after awhile.

    Wow. I did these for like 10 yrs+ during martial arts classes... execept we'd jump higher before landing on the ground. Also variations of it by landing sides ways (both sides), and backwards.
