man what an interesting and different feeling!
my buddy's buddy has an inzer rage x shirt. it was quite loose on me since i could put it on by myself. I had a friend pull up my sleeves and pull down also.
    here's what i did
    warm up barx10, 135x8, 225x8, 315

    shirted
    315x6 (no touch)
    405x1 (no touch)
    445x1 (no touch)
    455x1 (no touch)
    475x0 (touch no lift)
    455x1 (touch!)
its only 30 lbs more than my raw and i get stuck at the same spot in both raw and shirted lifts (couple inches off the chest)

I'm assuming my tris are way too weak right???

It was my first try at it, definately felt weird, like someone sitting on your chest while you lift but fun nonetheless.

Not your tri's I would believe, but your chest. If you were having problems locking out near the top, it'd be your tri's, in which case you would just need to get on heavy board work. If you're having problems a few inches off your chest, I'd start throwing some pause presses in your routine and or some partial reps. (Touch chest and go up past your stick point and repeat)

I hate bench shirts, my arms were actually too big for the one I got (wasn't fitted for my arms, but chest) and left some crazy bruises all over my arms.

    Raw > Shirted

Do some board work then, four board. Just work on goin down and hitting the boards and locking it out. Might wanna do some tricep work too, like close grip bench...

Using a shirt is nothing like raw benching which is why it takes lots of practice to get the technique down.

If you want a big shirt bench, train in the shirt and get your triceps jacked.

when you bring it down it builts tension across your body and springs up the bar when you press.

Why would you do that if you're not competing? Its a completely different lift almost

yeah i might compete in a shirt- not sure yet
keep in mind it does help you handle heavier weights, which i hope helps me lift more raw too.

My first lift in a shirt bruised my arms. It felt like someone was trying to cut my arms off with some string.

if you can put a bench shirt on by yourself then you don't know what it really feels like when people talk about the pain of it.

like i said the back is completely elastic.
i tried a size 58 of an inzer hd blast and it took 20 minutes to get on. the rage x was stretchy in the back so i could slip it over my head
