I feel I'm pretty good with photoshop, etc.. but I have an image that I'd like to make my avatar. I need to get it to 150x150 or close enough, but under the 10kb limit..

Original image is 161kb. Downsized with a quality of '3' is 22kb.

Any thoughts on getting this where it should be? Anyone one to take a crack at it?

sometimes Image Ready can maintain detail better while keeping the filesize down.. don't know why there's a difference than the way photoshop does it, but there is :dunno:
